I had a wonderful stay at Zimmervermietung Berlin Mertens. The place was clean and well-maintained, and the check-in and check-out process was easy. The communication with the staff was prompt and helpful. The location was convenient, with good transportation links to downtown Berlin. I highly recommend this hotel for its affordability and quality.
The only drawback was the weak soundproofing in the accommodation area and the lack of hangers in the room. However, these minor inconveniences did not significantly impact my overall experience.
